Going Freelance

Going freelance is not really viable when you are first starting out as you will have no experience of the industry and more importantly have no contacts.

Becoming a freelance model once you have become established is a great way to begin working for yourself as obviously modelling will not last forever unless you are very lucky.
Being business minded is of course important as you will need to do your paperwork, pay taxes, provide invoices and possibly charge and collect VAT.
